Pricing is for an annual membership and based on service address location.

• $79.95/yr for each address you would like covered within 75 mile radius of Denver
  • Areas include Denver, Boulder, Golden, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Greeley, Pueblo
• $129.95/yr per address between 75 and 120 miles from Denver
• $299.95/yr per address outside the 120 mile radius. We cover the entire state!

Terms and Conditions

Membership Price
Member agrees to pay $79.95 per calendar year. Renewals occur automatically on each 1st of the month of the next calendar year after the membership started. Payment will be made by credit or debit card only.

Right to Terminate by Either Party
Hot Bugz reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time and for any reason. Members can cancel at any time and for any reason by sending an email to info@hotbugz.com to confirm cancelation. Following such cancelation, the Member will not be charged for their next billing cycle.

Liability and Arbitration
Hot Bugz members will not hold Hot Bugz responsible for any negligence, damage or monetary loss caused or alleged to be caused by the action or inaction of Hot Bugz related to this Membership Agreement. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this Membership Agreement, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration. The arbitral tribunal shall have the sole power to rule on any challenge to its own jurisdiction without any need to refer such matters first to a court and all issues regarding arbitrability shall be decided solely by the arbitral tribunal.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Hot Bugz shall keep any personal information provided by members confidential, including the existence or presence of bed bugs at a Member’s property, and no such personal information shall be used or sold for any other reason than for membership usage.

From time to time during the duration of this Membership Agreement, Hot Bugz may disclose to the Member information about its business affairs, services, confidential intellectual property, trade secrets, third-party confidential information, and other sensitive or proprietary information (collectively “Confidential Information”), and Member agrees that Member shall:

(A) protect and safeguard the confidentiality of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care as the Receiving Party would use to protect its own Confidential Information, but in no event with less than a commercially reasonable degree of care;
(B) not use the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, or permit it to be accessed or used, for any purpose other than to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under this Agreement; and
(C) not disclose any such Confidential Information to any person or entity, except to Member’s Representatives who need to know the Confidential Information to assist the Member, or act on its behalf, to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under the Membership Agreement.
